General conditions of sales

Before booking an activity,

You have to :

• You must be in good physical and mental health.
• Know how to swim and immerse yourself in water.
• Follow the instructions given by the instructor.
• Arrive on time at the meeting point.

You not have to :

• present any contraindication to the practice of sport.
• Had recent operations or injuries.
• Being pregnant.
• Having vertigo (illness).
• Be afraid of water.
• Being intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.

The instructor reserves the right to deny you access to the activity in the event of non-compliance with the conditions.

It is essential to book activities in advance in order to optimize the organization on the day of the activity.
When making your reservation you will be asked to provide us with:

• The date and the desired route
• The number of participants
• Everyone's height and weight
• A deposit or the full amount of the exit

The date and route may be subject to change during adverse conditions (weather, water level, equipment, etc.)
Contact us to get all the information you need about your outing.

Travel costs to the practice sites are your responsibility, no reimbursement can be requested (fuel, toll, wear and tear of the vehicle, food, time, etc.)
The prices for canyoning trips include personal equipment (without shoes) and supervision by a State-certified guide.

On the day of your outing, you will be asked to pay the full amount to the instructor before starting the activity.
The accepted payment methods are:

• Species
• Checks
• Holiday vouchers, ANCV
• Bank cards only on the website

If you forget to pay on the day of your trip:

• You agree to go with the instructor to the nearest ATM (cash machine) (often far from the practice sites).

In case of cancellation, please let us know as soon as possible.

• Canceling more than 3 days before the date of your trip, payments are refunded.
• Canceling by you within 3 days of the date of your trip, the deposit will be retained.
  In case of total payment, we will refund the difference.
• Be sure that everyone will be present the day of the trip,
  in case of absence, you will be asked to pay the entire reservation.
• In case of cancellation made by the instructor (weather or other reason), the costs incurred with Immersion Canyon will be reimbursed to you (does not include your travel, food and time costs).

For any reservation, we will give you an appointment (date and place), you can at any time find the GPS coordinates and the meeting places on our website or contact us in case of doubt.

We advise you to prepare your outing well and to take an additional margin compared to the travel time provided by your GPS.

In the event of a delay of more than 30 minutes, it is possible that the group has already left in activity. In this case we will arrange to move your exit to another time.

The instructor cannot be held responsible:

• In the event of theft of equipment in your vehicles.
• In case of loss of personal equipment (gopro, camera, glasses, jewelry ...) during the activity.

In the event of an accident, your instructor is certified, insured in Professional Civil Liability and provides you with equipment in good condition and monitored in a register meeting PPE standards.

The pictures taken by the instructor during the canyon activity are a bonus and are not part of the price of the service.

Pictures are available to you free of charge shortly after your trip, provided your monitor has a camera.

Hazards can happen (breakage, loss, forget, breakdown ...)
